Supportive Housing

TRANSITIONAL HOUSING.jpg

Our Supportive Housing program is a temporary housing program designed to be an intermediate step between emergency shelter and permanent housing. Our goal is to provide continued assistance to our clients, in their efforts to regain economic self-sufficiency and independence. Our supportive housing program is intended for individuals and families who are in recovery and require further assistance before living independently on their own.

Our program offers structure, supervision, support, and life skills. Our unique program provides people with help after a crisis such as homelessness or domestic violence. Our program is open to clients with substance use disorders that are willing to transition from the streets, homeless shelters, hospitals, prisons, drug courts, or other programs and require a temporary place to stay, while dedicatedly committed to their healing and recovery goals.
